arizona classifieds, arizona job listingsMost of the population in Arizona lives in Phoenix and Tucson, where the bulk of the jobs are, but there are jobs outside these two metro areas that are advertised in Arizona classifieds. If you like mountain living, there are jobs in the mountain towns, especially in the tourism industries, mining, and the Forest Service. Surprisingly, the largest Ponderosa forest in the world is located in Arizona, and Arizona is a large producer of copper ore. Mining jobs are mostly unionized, so they pay well and have great benefits; if you have skills that they are looking for, you might be able to get a job working for one of the mines. You can find their ads in Arizona job listings. Finding tourism jobs is less organized: you might drive through Payson, Pinetop-Lakeside, Flagstaff, Sedona, or ShowLow and look for signs in the windows or in the local newspapers' want ads. The advantages to finding a job outside the larger metro areas in the mountain towns are that the summers are cooler, housing is less expensive, and traffic congestion isn't quite as bad. You will have to put up with the occasional snowstorm from time to time, however. One thing that the Arizona classifieds for local job listings won't mention in their job descriptions is how beautiful the scenery is in many of the towns in Arizona.
