free classified listings, local job listings

I've been making part of my living as a freelance writer for over two decades now. Sometimes it's great, and sometimes pickings are slim, but recently as I've sought to expand the client list for my writing services, I have begun to rely more and more on the Craigslist free classified listings. I check out the lists of writing jobs almost every day, both the listed writing jobs, and the category listed as "gigs". I've been very persistent and you know what? It's begun to pay off. I'm still not getting quite as much work as I'd like, but my client list is expanding. Another good tip for using the free classified listings in Craigslist is to look beyond the local job listings. Many online writing jobs allow you to telecommute, and if you check out the free classified listings in places like New York City and Los Angeles, you'll find that you have a great many more opportunities to try for. When pursuing online writing jobs it's important to be persistent, professional, and flexible. I'm not afraid to tackle any subject when I'm writing for money, and as a result, I've opened up my opportunities for more income.
