1.) First, try the government. No other place has better benefits. Checkout maricopa.gov and look through their job postings. The only downside to this is that they usually take a while to get back to you.

2.) Another great place to hit next are the schools. ASU, the community colleges, even University of Phoenix. The perks of being able to take classes for virtually free by working there are priceless when you consider getting post-grad education for later in life plans.

So, try these two places out first. Always keep your options open though, so still go for the monster and careerbuilders out there and you will eventually find that job you're looking for!
